FRESHWATER CHAETOPHORALES OF CHHOTANAGPUR PLATEAU INDIA – 1: GENUS STIGEOCLONIUM KUTZING

Abstract

Eight species of the genus Stigeoclonium have been reported for the first time from Chhotanagpur plateau of Bihar State. The species S. glomeratum Hazen is new to India.
